Fabric Water Absorption Tester
This instrument is used to measure the water absorption of fabrics. For example, a sample is placed in a container filled with water to observe capillary action as it rises at a speed measured in millimeters. The capillary rise distance on the fabric refers to the difference between the highest edge and the water surface. According to the Klam test method, this instrument is used to grade the water absorption of highly absorbent paper and cardboard. The lower end of the test specimen is vertically immersed in water, and the height of the water rise due to capillary action is measured within 10 minutes. This testing method is applicable to ink-absorbent paper, highly absorbent paper, or similar grades of paper. The water absorption test for fiber products is also conducted according to the Byreck method.

Mimaki TS 30-1300 Digital printer
The "TS30-1300" will help to produce small quantities of a wide variety of products in-house, such as textile & garment sampling, sportswear & garment prototyping, and the creation of original goods. By switching from outsourcing the printing process to in-house production, the proposal time can be shortened, and business activities can be initiated more quickly. Moreover, if a customer requests a change, it usually takes several days to receive the final product through an outsourcing company. However, by using a digital printer in-house, you can immediately respond to customer needs and provide the revised sample to the client. This can enhance proposal capabilities and reduce the time required to secure orders.

Sublimation Color Fastness Tester
This machine uses electric heating conduction. During operation, the fabric is placed between two heating plates. After a certain period of time, the fabric is removed and cooled down naturally. The machine is used to test the color fastness of textiles by observing changes in the color of the fabric and evaluating it according to standard sublimation fastness scales.

Tear Strength Tester
The machine uses test specimens of the same size (63.5x100mm) and pre-cut length, and applies a potential energy swing to tear the specimens. The fabric's tear strength is then tested in both the warp and weft directions five times each, and the average value is calculated. The resulting data represents the fabric's tear strength.
